I completed a course named Collaborative Practice held by the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. Collaborative law uses a different approach to resolving disputes without involving litigation; the focus is on the parties being able to reach an agreeable solution to their particular issues. One of the many positive aspects of Collaborative Law is the parties make their own decisions rather than having a Judge make a decision, which either one or both parties disagree with.
I have a wide range of experience in Property and Family Law. My practice areas include Family Law, Residential Sale & Purchase of Land, Refinancing, Wills, Estates, Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Relationship Property Agreements.
My academic qualifications include a Master of Business Studies from Massey University and Bachelor of Laws from Auckland University. I was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the High Court of New Zealand in 2003.
I enjoy meeting new clients and working with them to achieve the best possible result. This may include buying or selling a property, refinancing, drafting Wills, Trusts or relationships property agreements, with a focus on meeting the individual needs of each client.
